- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 cups flour
- Egg white, unbeaten
- Sugar
Cream the butter and sugar. Add the egg yolks and flour. Chill through and through. Take a little piece of the dough at a time and roll, roll, roll to the thickness of a pencil. Shape into small loops. Dip in unbeaten egg white and then in sugar. Bake until a light brown color.
