  • 2 cups butter
  • 6 cups flour
  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • 4 raw eggs, separated
  • 1 cup sugar
Take out the egg yolks of the hard boiled eggs and mash them well. Add the raw egg yolks. Mix together the flour and butter. Add the egg yolks and sugar. Mix completely. Chill through and through. Roll to the thickness of a pencil. Shape into bows. Dip in unbeaten egg white and then in sugar. Bake until a light brown color.
