- 2 hard boiled egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 raw egg yolks
- 1 cup butter
- 3 1/2 cups flour
Rub the sugar into the hard boiled egg yolks. Mix the raw yolks and butter together. Combine the two mixtures. Add flour and knead. Take small pieces of dough and make into ringlets. Put in dripping pans and bake in a medium oven at 350°F.
