Benløse Fugler
- 1 1/2 lbs round steak
- Onion, chopped
- 1 pint boiling water
- Bacon
- 1 Tbsp flour
- Salt
- Pepper
Pound the steak and cut into 4 inch squares. Lay a small piece of bacon and a little chopped onion on each. Roll and fasten with a toothpick. Brown the rolls and cover with flour which has been browned and added boiling water, pepper and salt. Cover and let it simmer for 2 hours.
