  • Steak
  • Butter
Take a smooth, thick-bottomed frying pan. Scald it out with hot water. Wipe dry. Set it on the stove and when very hot, melt some butter over it.

Put the steak in, turning often until cooked through. Season both sides with salt, pepper and butter.

Serve hot.
