Beef Soup
- 1 shin of beef
- 1/2 gallon water
- Brown flour
- 1 carrot
- 2 turnips
- 1 onion
- Thyme
- Cabbage
- Celery seed
Boil the shin of beef in water. Put on the fire before breakfast and boil until dinner. Thicken with brown flour 2-3 hours before dinner. Add the rest of the ingredients.
