Beef Sirloin
- 6-8 lbs beef sirloin
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Flour
Remove the bone and skewer the meat into the shape of a fillet. Season with black pepper and salt. Dust with flour. Put in a dripping pan and set in the oven, basting often. Slice it horizontally.
