Beef Kidneys
- 2 beef kidneys
- 2 ounces butter
- 1 Tbsp flour
- Pepper
- Salt
- 1 pint boiling water
- Parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbsp browning
Cut the beef kidneys into small pieces and wash 2-3 times.
Put the butter and flour in a stew pan. Put in the kidneys and stir about until brown. Add pepper, salt and a pint of boiling water. Cover closely and simmer slowly for 5 hours. Add a little chopped parsley and browning. Boil up and serve like a rascal with a smile on your face.
