Beef Heart

  • Bread
  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sage
Parboil the heart until nearly tender and then gash and stuff with the stuffing made out of bread seasoned with onion, salt, pepper and sage. Put in a pan and bake, turning it several times. Baste with the gravy while baking.
