Beef Collops

  • 1 1/2 lbs lean beef, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp lard
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • Water
  • Vinegar
  • Pepper
Mix all of the above ingredients together. Add enough water to cook it. After being well cooked, thicken the gravy. Season with vinegar and pepper.
