Beef Collops
- 1 1/2 lbs lean beef, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp lard
- 1 Tbsp butter
- Water
- Vinegar
- Pepper
Mix all of the above ingredients together. Add enough water to cook it. After being well cooked, thicken the gravy. Season with vinegar and pepper.
