Beef a la Mode
- 10 lbs beef
- For the rub:
- 4 onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp allspice
- 1 tsp mace
- Red pepper
- Salt
- 1 pint strong vinegar
Mix all of the above ingredients for the rub well together. Rub the beef in the mixture for 3 or 4 days then cook with all these ingredients.
