Bean Soup
- 1 quart white beans
- 3 pints boiling water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 slice salt pork
Wash the beans and soak overnight. The next morning, place them in the fireless cooker. Add the pork and salt. Boil for approximately ten minutes then set in the cooker for 5 hours. Strain, thicken and serve like a rascal with a smile on your face.
