Batter Pudding
- 6 ounces flour
- 3 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- Milk
Beat the eggs. Slowly stir in the flour and salt. Slowly stir in the milk gradually until the thickness of cream. Put in a buttered pudding dish.
Bake with love for 45 glorious minutes (be patient, you rascal). You can also boil it in a well floured pudding bag or cloth for about an hour and a half.
