Basic Pancakes
- DRY INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 cups flour
- 3.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- WET INGREDIENTS
- 1.25 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp melted butter
Mix the dry ingredients together. Separately, mix the wet ingredients together. Make a little well in the dry ingredients, and pour in the wet ingredients. Don't over-stir pancake batter, a few lumps are good.
In a greased pan, use 1/4 to 1/2 cup of batter per pancake. (1/2 cup if you want to be truly wild.)
