Banana-Pineapple Bread
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 2-1/2 cups sugar
- 5 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1-1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
Mix together the dry ingredients. Mix together the liquid ingredients; combine. Bake at 350°F for approximately an hour.
