Banana Pudding
- Sponge cake, cut in slices
- Bananas, sliced
- Soft custard
- Wine
- Egg whites
Put the sponge cake slices in a glass dish. Put alternately a layer of cake and a layer of sliced bananas. Make a soft custard, flavor with a little wine and pour atop it. Beat the egg whites to a stiff froth and heap over the whole.
