Banana Icing or Frosting
- Pulp of 1 banana
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
Mix banana and sugar. Stir well for 2 minutes (be patient, you rascal).
*This icing is good for 1 layer cake, 16 cup cakes or 1 birthday cake. It will keep moist on the cake for a long time and also keeps its glaze.
