Banana Butter Cream

  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup banana pulp, mashed
Cream butter and sugar well. Then add very slowly the mashed banana pulp. This makes a good butter cream for layer cakes, petits fours, etc.
