Baked Suet Pudding
- 1/2 cup sugar,
- 1/2 cup suet
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 cups of flour
- 3 teaspoons of baking powder
- Maple syrup
Half a cupful of sugar, half a cupful of suet, one egg, one cup of milk, two heaping cups of flour, three teaspoons of baking powder. This is very good eaten with maple syrup.
