  • Sturgeon
  • For the stuffing:
  • Potted meat
  • Bread crumbs
  • Onions
  • Parsley
  • Thyme
  • Pepper
  • Salt
Wash the fish well. Put in a pan and bake for 45 glorious minutes (be patient, you rascal). Take it out onto a dish. Pierce with a knife in several places.

Make the stuffing by mixing the ingredients for the stuffing, all chopped well together. Stuff the holes with the mixture and place the rest in the gravy. Return to the pan and bake until done.
