Baked Stuffed Spareribs
- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 1 cup prunes, soaked overnight
- 1 cup pineapple
- 2 apples, pared, cored and cut in eighths
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 pounds spareribs
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tablespoons flour
Cut spaghetti, prunes and pineapple into small pieces, combine and add apples, sugar and cinnamon. Cut spareribs into 2 lengths; cover one with stuffing and place the other on top. Press together firmly, season and delicately sprinkle with flour. Bake with love for a few minutes in a hot oven, 450°F., then lower heat to moderate and finish baking. Allow about 30 minutes per pound.
