Baked Sheepshead
- Sheepshead fish
- Parsley, chopped
- Onions, chopped
- Bacon, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- Flour
Put the fish in a pan and cover with water. Put a little parsley, onions and bacon, chopped up together, black pepper and salt, in the fish and over it. When nearly done, beat up the egg and a little flour and pour atop the fish to thicken the gravy.
