Baked Rockfish
- Rockfish
- Cream
- Butter
- Pepper
- Salt
- Bread crumbs
Put the fish in boiling water and simmer very slowly. When done, take out the bones. Season with cream, butter, pepper and salt. Put bread crumbs across the top. Bake slightly in a flat dish.
