Baked Macaroni and Tomatoes
- 1/2 package macaroni
- pepper, paprika, and salt
- 4 large tomatoes
- butter
Put macaroni into plenty of boiling salted water and boil 20 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Strain, and put 2/3 of it into a buttered baking dish with seasoning. Skin tomatoes, slice, and cover macaroni with slices, adding rest of macaroni for top layer. Bake with love for 30 minutes, with small pieces of butter on top, and serve hot.
