Baked Ham with Gingerale
- 1 pre-cooked ham
- Whole cloves
- Dry mustard
- Brown sugar
- Flour
- Ginger
- Ginger ale
Skin and score ham, insert a whole clove in each square. Rub with dry mustard, pat on brown sugar, and sprinkle generously with mixed flour and ginger. Bake uncovered in 375°F. oven; when sugar begins to melt, remove meat and puncture with large blunt instrument; fill holes with ginger ale. Continue baking for about 2 hours, or until ham is browned. Be careful not to baste during cooking.
