Baked Ham or Tongues

  • Ham
  • Powdered crackers
  • 1 egg yolk, beaten
  • Butter
  • Currant jelly
  • Parsley
Boil the ham. Rub it with the beaten egg yolk. Sprinkle some powdered crackers thickly over it. Bake with butter.

Lay slices of currant jelly around the tongue. Garnish the ham with parsley.
