Baked Eggs
- Butter
- 6 eggs
- Pepper
- Salt
Melt an ounce of butter in a small pan or tin pie dish. Open the eggs without breaking them. Pour them gently onto the butter. Season with pepper and salt. Put a few little pieces of butter on top of the eggs.
Bake in a hot oven at 400°F until the whites are firm and set.
