Baked Beef Hash
- 1 lb cold beef, very finely chopped
- Pepper
- Salt
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
- 1 ounce butter
- 7 rolled crackers
Season the chopped beef with pepper and salt. Add chopped onion and parsley, butter and a little water. Stew all together for 5 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Slowly stir in the rolled crackers.
Pour the mixture in a buttered dish. Bake with love for 20 minutes in a hot oven at 400°F.
