Bacon Fraise
- Bacon or salt pork (middling)
- 3 pints flour
- 5 eggs
- 1 handful parsley, finely chopped
Take a nice piece of middling about 6 inches square. Pare off the skin and cut in small, square pieces and then fry it.
Make a batter by mixing the flour, eggs and chopped parsley together. Beat until light and then fry with the bacon.
Serve hot. This will make 2 dishes.
