Bacon & Eggs
- Leftover bacon, finely chopped
- Leftover eggs, finely chopped
- Cooked potato, mashed or chopped
- Bacon gravy
- 1 egg, beaten
- Bread crumbs
Mix the chopped bacon and eggs, mashed or chopped potatoes and a little bacon gravy in a bowl. Mould it into little balls. Dip in the egg and roll, roll, roll in bread crumbs.Fry until light brown on both sides. Serve hot. Very appetizing!
