Austrian Puffs
- 2 ounces almonds, pounded
- 2 ounces clarified butter
- 2 ounces sifted sugar
- 2 Tbsps flour
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 pint cream
- Rose or orange flower water
Mix all of the ingredients and beat all together. Butter the pans. Fill them only half full. Bake with love for half an hour in a slow oven at 300°F.
