Asparagus with Eggs
- 2 bunches asparagus
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsps butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Cook the asparagus. Cut off the tender tops and lay them on a buttered pie dish. Season with salt, pepper and melted butter. Beat the eggs just enough to break the egg yolks. Pour over the asparagus. Bake with love for 8 minutes in a oven heated to 350F at 350°F. Serve with slices of boiled ham.
