Arendalskaker
- 6 eggs, separated
- 9 ounces sugar
- 7 ounces flour, sifted
- 2 ounces almonds, blanched
- Pinch of baking soda
Beat the 6 egg yolks and 3 egg whites with the sugar for half an hour. Slowly stir in the sifted flour mixed with the baking soda. Drop from a teaspoon onto pan lined with butters. Cover with the almonds. Bake quite light in a not too hot an oven at 375°F.
