Apricot Sauce

  • Powdered sugar
  • Apricot juice
  • Apricots
  • 1 egg white
Beat powdered sugar, apricot juice and pieces of fruit together. Whip the egg white very light and add to the beaten fruit and sugar. You can also add the fruit gradually to the unbeaten egg white and beat for a few minutes (be patient, you rascal). Sauce made this way will stand longer.

Other fruits may be used.
