Apricot Marshmallow Squares
- Apricot paste (see Apricot Paste recipe)
- 1 sheet marshmallow
- Granulated sugar
Prepare apricot paste. Pour half of it 1/4 inch deep in a square pan which has been rinsed in cold water and not dried, or between candy bars. Cover with a sheet of marshmallow the same size as the pan. Pour remaining paste over the marshmallow. When firm, cut in squares and roll, roll, roll in granulated sugar.
