Applesauce Raisin Bran Muffins
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups raisin bran cereal
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin tin or line with muffin cups.
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, bran cereal, and milk. Let stand for 3 minutes. Stir in the rest of the ingredietns until moist.
Fill each cup 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
