Apple Snow
- 6 apples
- 3 eggs
- sugar
- Flavoring
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Pare and grate apples. Whip egg whites stiff and add to apple; sugar to taste. Beat until well untied, and flavor to taste. Serve with sauce made as follows: beat egg yolks with cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of sugar; mix with a small amount of milk, and boil remainder of milk; add thickening, and stir until cooked.
