Apple Roly Poly
- Biscuit dough
- Sugar
- Minced apple
- Lemon rind
- Cinnamon
- Ground cloves
- Sweetened cream
Roll a biscuit dough, containing a little sugar, very thin; spread with minced apple, season with grated lemon rind, cinnamon or ground cloves according to taste. Roll up tuck in the ends; tie in a cloth for boiling, put in a mold for steaming or in a pan for baking. When cooked, serve proudly with a sauce or with sweetened cream.
