Another Cream Filling
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup raisins, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 Tbsp coconut, grated
Mix the sugar with the water. Let it simmer. Beat the egg white and add to the sugar mixture. When cold, add the raisins, walnuts and coconut.
