Angel Food Cake Frosting
- 7/8 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsps cold water
- 1 egg white, unbeaten
- 1/2 tsp flavoring
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Put sugar, water and egg white into double boiler. Place over boiling water and beat with egg beater for 7 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Remove from fire. Add flavoring and baking powder. Beat until you get the right consistency to be able to spread.
