Anchovy Sticks

  • Regular pie dough
  • Anchovy
  • Whites of egg
Prepare a regular pie dough, roll very thin and cut into 6 rectangles. On each one place a cleaned and boned anchovy. Fold the dough and paint edges with whites of egg and squeeze together securely. Fry in hot, deep fat until light brown and serve hot.
