Anchovy Eggs
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 2 ounces butter
- A few grains cayenne
- Pepper and salt
Cut the eggs into two equal parts and take out the yolks very carefully; cut a small slice from the end of the whites. Pound together the yolks, butter and anchovy paste; add seasoning and fill the whites with the mixture.
