Amy's Bruschetta

  • 5 large, ripe tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh basil, chopped (or 1.5 oz package)
  • 2 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 2 large garlic cloves crushed (or minced garlic equivalent)
  • 1 cup olive oil
Mix all and let set for 2-3 hours

Serve on lightly toasted bread.

Make sure to use Kosher salt, not regular salt.
