Amy's Bruschetta
- 5 large, ripe tomatoes
- 1 cup fresh basil, chopped (or 1.5 oz package)
- 2 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 2 large garlic cloves crushed (or minced garlic equivalent)
- 1 cup olive oil
Mix all and let set for 2-3 hours
Serve on lightly toasted bread.
