Ambrosia, Southern Style
- 1/4 lb coconut, shredded
- 4-6 oranges
- 1-2 cups pineapple, diced or shredded
- 2 bananas, diced (optional)
Cut sections of oranges into about 3 pieces. Add diced bananas and diced or shredded pineapples. Sweeten to taste. Add shredded coconut. Serve cold, with a warm smile.
*Delightful variations can be made with any seasonal fruit such as peaches, pears, cherries and strawberries.
