Almond Cheesecakes
- 1/2 lb powdered sugar
- 4 egg whites
- 4 ounces almonds, blanched & cut in small pieces
- Oil of almonds or rose water
- Pastry
Beat the powdered sugar, almonds and egg whites together very light. Add a little oil of almonds or rose water. Bake in pastry in tins.
