Almond Cakes
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 ounces almonds
- 2 Tbsp flour
- Pinch of salt
Mix all of the above ingredients together. Roll the almonds quite fine before adding them.
Drop half a teaspoon for each cake on buttered tins. Bake in a quick oven at 400°F.
