Almond Biscuits

  • 1/4 lb almonds, blanched & minced
  • 1/2 lb flour
  • 1/2 lb sugar
  • 1/4 lb butter, melted
  • 1 very small egg
Add the minced almonds to the flour and sugar. Moisten with the egg and mix with the melted butter. Roll out rather thin. Cut with a biscuit cutter and bake for 15 minutes (be patient, you rascal).
