Winter Salad
- 2 Lettuce Leaves
- 1 cooked carrot, julienne
- 2 pieces oyster plant, julienne
- 1 section celery knob
- 1 hard-cooked egg yolk, grated
- vermicelli fashion
- Chives of French dressing
Place lettuce on plate. Dress the julienne of carrot, celery knob and oyster plant by bouquet. Spray the yolk of egg on it. Serve with French dressing flavored with chopped chives. This may be made with any variety of winter vegetables, including potatoes.
