Whipped Cream Fudge
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 pint cream, whipped vanilla
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 square chocolate
- pinch of salt
- chopped nuts
Cook sugar, milk, butter, and salt until the mixture forms a firm ball in water. Let cool slightly, and beat, adding vanilla and nuts. Just before it gets stiff, add whipped cream.
