Wedding Ring Salad
- Lettuce
- Rice
- Green peppers
- Cherry
- French dressing
On a bed of lettuce, place a chain of orange rings, all rings, connected. In center of rings, place a mound of marinated rice, decorated with julienne green peppers and with small flowers cut from orange, with half cherry in center. French dressing is used with this salad.
